Kayepas village had NEVER had a school and the vast majority of these children, their parents and grandparents have NEVER attended school.  Most adults are illiterate but they hope their children will not suffer the same fate.  Akigyeno means HOPE in the local language which is why we named the school Akigyeno Nursery & Primary School.  It is our prayer that the school will provide hope for the future of the children and their families. Your sponsorship of $240 per year or $20 per month will provide all school supplies, 2 school uniforms each, sandals, mosquito net for the family, tuition to attend the school (which covers operation costs, teacher salaries, etc).  The children also receive 2 meals per day which is more than what they receive at home.  

The children love going to school and are grateful for the opportunity. The children shown below are currently attending school but really need a sponsor to continue. We stepped out in faith by allowing them into school because we know God will provide for them.
